Are you ready for the challenge?

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management Office, which is in charge of the management of R&D European and national projects at CIRCE as well as technology transfer contracts with private clients.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

The candidate will support the researchers by managing Horizon Europe and National funded projects from the grant preparation phase to the project closure:
  • Internal coordination of the Research Areas involved
  • Coordination of international consortiums
  • Representation before the European Commission
  • Representation of CIRCE before the consortium
  • Budget preparation and control
  • Project progress monitoring
  • Preparation of project reports and review of deliverables
  • Organisation and management of plenary meetings
  • Support the preparation of new project proposals.
  • Coordination and support of dissemination activities
  • Support CIRCE’s positioning, results exploitation, and internationalization
The candidate will also be involved in the management of key technology transfer projects:
  • Internal coordination of the Research Areas involved
  • Representation of CIRCE before the client
  • Project progress monitoring
  • Close cooperation with Market development department
  • Organization and management of project meetings 
ABOUT YOU
  • Industrial Engineer or similar technical background is required
  • Proficient in English, at least C1 level or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position working in the field of R&D projects, industrial projects or any other technological field
